Using animation as a communication tool
DT Gen specialise in the design, supply, installation, testing and maintenance of standby power systems. They have the largest stock of generators in the UK and serve clients such as Network Rail, Liverpool Football Club and City of Glasgow College.
Team R3NDER helped our client improve communication of their newest product, a revolutionary gas-powered generator.
By creating a bespoke explanatory animation, DT Gen were able to swap flowcharts and spreadsheets for clear visual communication. This improved the understanding of the benefits of their product, as well as providing increased credibility for the company, allowing them to compete with international clients.
Their animation was also built in such a way it can be easily tailored for specific clients. As DT Gen serve a broad range of industries and service various sites, we had to ensure our animation could be adapted for many different environments, suiting the likes of; food and beverage, hospitals, football stadiums and manufacturing.
By using an animation, our clientβs sales team have been able to show off the impressive complexity of their product and the amazing efficiencies it offers, versus traditional diesel-powered generators.

Because your technology is displayed in its best light, your clients are excited about your offering.
Flowcharts and spreadsheets are poor communication and marketing tools. Animations leave nothing to the imagination.
